I haven't posted a blog since June 15th?!?! What?!? I was doing so good at updating on a regular basis. Oh, well!
Damon and I had a very busy summer, Went to PA for our friend's annual party. Todd Fest as it is dubbed, is a mid summer get together of friends, family, food, fun and of course, beer! This was also Murdok's first night camping out in a tent! What a riot! For like the first 3 hours after we went to bed Murdok barked or growled about every 5 min or so. He was hearing so many sounds he doesn't hear at our house while he's sleeping. It was cute, but annoying after the first hour, lol! He did great the rest of the night though!

We went to Hershey Park also this summer to see The Dave Matthews Band! We had awesome seats and the show was the best DMB show we've seen! The set list was amazing!

My sister, Jamie, and her Fiance, Burch, came up this summer as well. I took their engagement photos while they were here and Jamie and I went to a Tori Amos concert in DC, while Damon and Burch went to an O's game. We had a good time while they were here.
Damon and I have also had some exciting news in our lives. Damon and I were trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years and were at the point of going to a Fertility Center, but surprise! in July we found out we were pregnant!

I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and our expected delivery is Early March 2010. We are so excited and can't wait to meet baby Stew! We have decided we will not be finding out the sex of the baby before birth. We want to be surprised!

Damon and I both have been pretty busy with work. I'm back to work at Lifetouch, taking school photos is hard work, let me tell you. You deal with hundreds of different children every day, and different staff memeber at different schools, with all that diversity there are bound to be some difficult situations, and there are! lol Damon is very busy these days at NASA, as well. He is working with a group of physicists at the moment. He is helping flesh out an x-ray pulse analyzing program.
Besides being busy at work, we are busy at home as well.
We are in the process of putting in a bathroom on the first floor of our home, re-organizing our home and painting and organizing the nursery and getting the house ready for baby!
Murdok, of course, keeps us busy too! With all the tugging, and playing, and romping around, and don't forget playing soccer, oh! and our weekly dog park trips, Murdok definitely requires a lot of attention, it's amazing he's not nudging me right now to pet him! LOL

I'm hoping to return to a more routine blogging schedule, we shall see how that transpires!
